Unlike many coaching organizations, we can train your team members as a group using our standard workshops and training programs. Leadership Summits



Leadership Summits take many forms and can be held at many different locations. Here are some examples:


The Leadership Summit pictured above, shows one of our coaches is taking the executive team through the process of rebuilding their company’s values and culture. This event included some team building and planning activities and was held at the clients’ corporate offices outside of Atlanta over two days.


We took another leadership team through a similar process at a Leadership Summit on Paradise Island in the Bahamas two years ago. They came back to us this year and we lead a customized three-day planning workshop in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Both were events that their leadership teams will never forget, and they have seen their retention of managers increase significantly over the past two years… Coincidence? We don’t think so.

Custom Executive Development Programs



Our Executive Development Programs are all customized to meet our client’s specific needs. We modeled this program on programs developed for Fortune 500 executive teams by Professors at Harvard University, Stanford University and the University of Michigan. Since we have over 40 modules to choose from, we start out with an extensive Leadership needs assessment. Using this information, we select 7 to 9 modules that are most needed by your leadership team and create a customized 8 to 10-month training program.


While we developed this program, we have licensed it to several other coaches around the world with a lot of success. Several clients have come back to us for a second and third round of EDP.

Single Workshops

The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership
